Refunds & Cancellations

Player Cancellations

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or session rescheduling available.
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or session rescheduling available.
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund available, but rescheduling may be possible at the coach's discretion.
• No-show: No refund available.

Coach Cancellations

• If a coach cancels a session, players will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Coaches are required to provide at least 24 hours notice when possible.
• In cases of emergency or illness, immediate refunds will be processed.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

For block bookings and recurring sessions, the following policies apply:

• Individual sessions within a block can be cancelled following the standard cancellation policy.
• If you wish to cancel an entire block booking, refunds for unused sessions will be calculated based on the original booking price.
• Recurring bookings can be cancelled at any time, with future sessions refunded in full.

Sessions cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or other external factors beyond control will be:

• Fully refunded, or
• Rescheduled to a mutually convenient time

Decisions regarding weather-related cancellations will be made by the coach, typically on the day of the session.

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, please contact us with:

• Booking reference number
• Date and time of the session
• Reason for cancellation
• Any supporting documentation

We will review all disputes within 5 business days and respond with our decision.
